I was getting tired of dealing with little drips in my cellar, but this really helped get the condensation under control. It’s such a relief not having to worry about moisture down there anymore. it just feels good to have that problem off my mind.

I ordered a cooling unit from Whisper KooL, and based on past experiences with heavier items showing up banged up, I was really happy with how this one arrived. The packaging felt solid, the corners were well protected, and everything was secured so nothing shifted around in the box. It showed up clean with no dents or random scuffs, which was a nice relief. You can tell they know how to pack these properly

"Does the job without any drama"
I’ll admit, I pretty much assumed this would either be a pain to set up or start acting weird after a while, but it’s been running fine for quite some time now. No random shutoffs, no strange noises, nothing annoying. It keeps the cellar steady, which is all I needed it to do. Happy with it so far

I was surprised by how well this keeps the air moving. The room feels a lot more even now, and I do not notice those annoying hot spots anymore
"Service was fine, just a little slow"
I ordered something from whisperkool and ended up needing to reach out to customer service with a question about the unit. I don’t remember all the details now, but it wasn’t anything super complicated.
They were polite when they finally got back to me, so no complaints about the tone or anything like that. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to send a follow-up, which was kind of frustrating.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average. They did help me in the end, but the response time could definitely be better.

"Warranty claim was handled easy"
I had an issue with my Whisper KooL unit and wasn’t sure how the warranty claim was going to go, because you never really know with these things. I sent over the info they asked for, and to be fair, they got back to me quickly.
They helped get the replacement part sorted out without turning it into some drawn-out hassle, which I appreciated. The process was simple, and the unit is working again now, so I really don’t have anything bad to say about how it was handled...

"Repair was quick, but I did expect an apology"
I sent my unit in for repair and, to be fair, it came back faster than I expected. The updates were decent and it’s working again now, so I’m glad about that. Still, considering the hassle of having to send it in at all, I was kind of expecting at least a simple apology. Overall, I’m happy it’s fixed, but the customer service could’ve felt a bit more personal.

"I picked up a WhisperKOOL unit..."
I picked up a WhisperKOOL unit for my small cellar, and to be fair, it does cool the space. That said, the temperature seems to wander more than I expected. Some days it holds well, and other times it drifts a few degrees, so I find myself checking it more often than I’d like. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I was expecting something a bit more consistent
"Keeps my wine room steady"
I had a WhisperKOOL unit installed in my small wine room last summer, and so far it’s been doing what I need it to do. The temperature stays consistent, and even when I open the door on hotter days, it doesn’t seem to take too long to get back where it should be.
It’s not what I’d call silent, so don’t expect it to disappear completely in the background, but the cooling performance has been solid. My bottles seem well protected, and I’m happy with it overall at this point

Overall, they were easy to talk to and got back to me faster than I expected. I appreciated that they explained things clearly and didn’t give me the runaround. That said, I did feel like a couple of answers could’ve been a bit more detailed, but in general they were helpful when I needed them.

"Finally, the humidity is staying under control"
I was getting fed up with constantly worrying about the cellar getting too dry and what that might do to my corks. The WhisperKOOL unit has actually been a relief. The humidity stays steady now, which is exactly what I needed. Setup was a little annoying and took longer than I hoped, but once it was up and running, it’s been doing its job without much fuss. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Sturdy and well built, but pricey"
Overall, it feels really solid and well made. The panels line up nicely, and nothing feels cheap or rattly, which I definitely appreciate. I’m taking off a star because the price is high, and I never like relying on customer service if something goes wrong, so I’d rather it just be built right from the start. So far, it seems like it is.

It cools the room fine, so I can’t really complain about the performance. To be fair, it does what it’s supposed to do. I just didn’t expect to be cleaning or dealing with the filters quite as often as I have to. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you’re hoping for something super low-maintenance.

"Warranty support came through when I needed it"
I had a small issue pop up with my WhisperKOOL unit, and my first thought was, oh great, here we go… this is going to turn into a whole thing. But the warranty info was easy to understand, and once I reached out, they helped me figure out what was actually covered without making it confusing.
It did take a couple emails back and forth, but it wasn’t anything ridiculous. They honored the warranty and got the process moving, which was such a relief because I was half-expecting to have to push for every little thing. Really appreciated being treated like a normal customer instead of someone asking for a favor.
